Sassara, Veneto Rosso, Esotico, 2021

After several years of vinifying in a classic Bardolino style, Alessia and Stefano have recently decided to launch a more artisanal project, having fun working without barriers. This cuvée is therefore a blend of all the estate's grape varieties, co-fermented for ten days to give a wine between rosé and orange. The wine is explosive! Notes of spice and citrus give way to aromas of cranberry and orange marmalade.

Wine purchase must be combined with a gourmet menu item.
