The Menu Extra team is proud to announce the hidden table with Pearl Morissette.

Discover the exceptional wines of François Morissette, owner and winemaker of the Pearl Morissette estate.

François settled in Niagara about 20 years ago with a clear idea: to make world-renowned natural wines. A visionary, he has always had a precise approach to the soils and climates of this Canadian region. In addition to understanding his terroir, he had the good idea to keep a few bottles for aging!

We will therefore have the chance to pair our 8-course menu with Pearl Morissette's aged wines.

Join our hidden table featuring wines from the Pearl Morissette estate on November 29 and 30, 2024 at 7 p.m.

$250 per person, food and wine included.
