August 2024 - The Hidden Summer Table

After welcoming several chefs and winemakers to our premises for collaborations, the team is bubbling with inspiration. We therefore wanted to return to the source and create an original hidden table with wines from our cellar that we wanted to open with you!

In short, a more intimate, more classic evening, just the way we like them!

Harvest season is still in full swing, and the Jean-Talon Market is filled with Quebec treasures. Our menu will be inspired by what our friends at Birri Farms, Chez Nino, Leopoldo, Jacques & Diane, Roi du Maĩs, and Ferme la Pelletée have to offer. This will be an opportunity to taste food and wine pairings specially created for the evening.

$250 per person, food and wine included.
