Description

For the occasion, a seasonal tasting menu, including sea urchin, veal fillet, Jerusalem artichoke, chanterelle mushroom, and melon, echoing Climan's chromatic universe, is offered. In the evening, guests are invited to enjoy an eight-course menu with pairings, while the dinner on July 11 and 12 offers a lighter six-course version, always accompanied by carefully chosen pairings.

Located in the heart of Hochelaga, Studio Giovanelli (3081 Ontario Street East) becomes the setting for a pop-up restaurant with a decidedly artistic soul. The space is bathed in natural light throughout the day thanks to its large industrial windows; a recurring motif in Dan Climan's work. These openings offer a panoramic view of the city, featuring Montreal icons such as the Olympic Stadium, the Jacques Cartier Bridge, the Molson Brewery, and Mount Royal. In the evening, the changing shades of the sky inspire the painter's palette and enrich the experience with a breath of color. Entirely white, the space acts as an ideal backdrop for a dining experience at the intersection of gastronomy and visual art.
