November 2022 - The winegrowers' table

Menu Extra is pleased to invite you to the winegrowers' table, a gourmet autumn banquet.

The concept is simple; the chefs prepare a decadent and delicious menu or dishes to share will be served in the center of a large table, all accompanied by Quebec wines. Our goal is to create a moment of gastronomy where winemakers, farmers, and local products will come together!

The brigade will therefore have the honour of welcoming guests in the middle of the magnificent greenhouse of Fermes Vaillancourt, in Laval, from November 17 to 20 for a festive evening.

Wines from Les Pervenches, Nival, Pinard & Filles, Lieux Communs, de la Bauge and more will be served during the event.
